Buying used bikes online can be risky. With ColVelo Buyer Protection, you don't have to worry. Your payment stays safe throughout the entire process, and you have a return right for bikes that are not as described.
Can I return an ordered bike?
An ordered bike can be returned if it significantly differs from the descriptions in the listing and any additional information you received from the seller via chat. Please note that ordering the wrong size — or a bike that simply doesn't fit — does not qualify for a free return.
Why do I have to pay a fee?
The fee covers securely facilitating and storing your payment, and gives you access to a wide variety of payment methods.
How is the bike shipped?
Bikes ship with full insurance through our state-of-the-art logistics partners. Before shipment, the seller receives a purpose-built box to protect your purchase. Throughout shipment, the bike is fully insured against loss and damage.
When will I get my order?
After you send a buying request, the seller has 48 hours to accept it. Our logistics partner typically picks up the bike within 4–6 business days from the seller's location. Those 4–6 days give the seller time to receive packaging materials from ColVelo and pack the bike correctly.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free. When a bike sells, a small commission is deducted from the sale price — this covers payment processing, insured shipping, and buyer protection.
