Can I send a bike back if it doesn't work out?
Yes — if the bike materially differs from the listing, the photos, or anything the seller told you over chat, you can return it free of charge. Ordering the wrong size or deciding you don't want it any more doesn't qualify for the free return program.
Why does ColVelo charge a fee?

How does the bike get to me?
We ship through vetted logistics partners who specialize in bicycles. Before the sale, the seller receives a purpose-built bike box so nothing moves in transit. The shipment is fully insured from pickup to delivery.
When will my bike arrive?
After you place your order, the seller has 48 hours to accept. Our courier typically picks up the bike within 4–6 business days from the seller's location. That window gives the seller time to receive their shipping materials and pack the bike properly. You'll have tracking the whole way.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing your bike is free. When it sells, we deduct a small commission from the final price. That covers payment processing, insured shipping, and the buyer protection that makes buyers comfortable spending real money on your listing.
